Price Beat Guarantee - To the extent permitted by law, the Plumber may, in its sole discretion, match or beat any price offered by a competitor provided that:
- The competitor's quote must be in writing and assessed by a licensed plumber onsite who holds a valid plumbing license & ACN and is registered for GST.
- The competitor's quote must not be obtained via trade service registries such as Airtasker, Hipages, Service Seeking, etc.
- The competitor's quote must have been tendered within the past 5 business days.
- The competitor's quote must be 'like for like'; same materials, warranty and location.
- The competitor's quote must not include any discounts, promotions, cashbacks or redemptions.
- The competitor's quote must not relate to emergency, after-hours, public holidays or weekend work.
- The competitor's quote must be presented prior to a quote being generated by one of our contractors.
- Competitor must be Australia based.
- We do not match liquidations and sell outs.
- Products must be identical.
- Verbal and hand written quotes not accepted.
- Competitor must have item in stock.
- Competitor's product must be brand new in original packaging (display or second hand stock not accepted)
